The Winchester District Memorial Hospital (WDMH) Board of Directors provides governance and oversight to support the hospital's mission, vision, and values. Board members play an important role in strategic planning, quality and performance monitoring, financial stewardship, and fostering strong relationships with patients, staff, physicians, volunteers, partners, and the communities we serve.
Our Board is made up of dedicated community members who are passionate about local health care, strong governance, and ensuring WDMH continues to meet the evolving needs of our rural communities.

Board Commitment
The Board meets quarterly, with some winter meetings held virtually. Comprehensive governance orientation and training are provided to new members.
