WDMH Bylaws

The WDMH Corporation is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate Bylaws, that govern the hospital, are in place and up to date. These documents are updated when there is a change in legislation or practice that affects hospital operations. The Bylaws also govern the appointment and relationship between the hospital and physicians, dentists and extended class nurses.
