How to Become a Corporate Member

Subject to Article 2 of the WDMH Bylaws, membership in the Corporation shall be limited to persons interested in furthering the Corporation’s objects and shall consist of any person whose application for admission as a Member has been approved by a resolution of the Board.

The Hospital By-Laws require that membership applications must be received at least 60 days prior to the Annual General Meeting of the Corporation, so as to entitle a member to vote at the Annual Meeting.
