The Corporation is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate Bylaws, that govern the hospital, are in place and up to date. These documents are updated when there is a change in legislation or practice that affects hospital operations. The Bylaws also govern the appointment and relationship between the hospital and physicians, dentists and extended class nurses.
