WDMH has partnerships with other local hospitals to provide mental health and addictions services for our patients. This includes Cornwall Community Hospital, Brockville General Hospital, Hawkesbury General Hospital, and The Ottawa Hospital. 

If you would like more information on how to access these services, please talk to a member of your health care team or ask to speak with the WDMH Social Worker Nicole Deschamps. You can also contact Nicole directly at 613-774-2420 ext. 6125.

 

When In Crisis

Individuals needing crisis support are urged to contact the Crisis Line at 1-866-996-0991. For more information, visit www.crisisline.ca

 

For youth under the age of 16, please call the Child, Youth, and Family Crisis Line at 1-877-377-7775. For details, visit the youth crisis line

 

AccessMHA

 

AccessMHA provides a single point of entry to Eastern Ontario's system of care for mental health and addictions. 
To access these services: 

  • Fill out the form at AccessMHA.ca  
  • A mental health and addictions professional will work with you to assess your needs and connect you to the right services within our health care network. 

Suicide Prevention

The Suicide Prevention Coalition of Champlain East works in partnership with the community of Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry, Prescott, Russell, and Akwesasne to develop and support comprehensive strategies to prevent suicide.
