This session is designed to meet the unique needs of our seniors in their own environment

The diabetes team takes the show on the road! Our dietitian and nurse travel to four local senior centres. They give a one hour talk on a health topic related to diabetes then after the talk, the nurse and dietitian stay for awhile to answer questions and you can have your blood glucose and blood pressure checked.

They visit the MacIntosh Senior Centre in Williamsburg, Nor-Dun Senior Centre in Winchester, North Stormont Senior Centre in Finch and South Stormont Senior Centre in Ingleside. Check with these centres for the dates and times.
