This session is for past participants of the Daytime or Evening ‘Living With Diabetes’ sessions and the ‘Early Intervention’ sessions
This session gives you the education and the tools you need to safely start or increase your physical activity program. You will learn about safety issues, what type and how much exercise to aim for and how to overcome barriers to exercising. You will leave with a basic resistance training program, a basic walking program, a pedometer and tracking tools.
