The Hospital, like all hospitals in Ontario, is incorporated under the Corporations Act of Ontario. This means that the Board is responsible to corporate members, who are appointed on an annual basis, following the completion of an application for membership and payment of the annual membership fee. The Hospital Corporation’s annual meeting is held each June.
