The Winchester District Memorial Hospital is governed by an 17 member volunteer Board.  Members are appointed for a three year term and many live and work within the communities served by the WDMH.

The Board provides strategic and policy oversite for the Hospital and is ultimately accountable for the quality of services and programs provided.  The Board's work is facilitated by a number of smaller committees: Governance and Planning, Stewardship, and Medical Advisory.
