To establish WDMH as a leader in integrated rural health care and the education of future health professionals:
Centre for Rural Health and Education
Associated Capital Projects
Teaching Program(s)
Research inititatives beginning with CIHI project to determine how best to implement reorienting transformational change within community healthcare settings in Canada
To ensure that WDMH ongoing operation and associated human resource plans are sustainable and support a full service community hospital
Joint Venture(s)
Surpass obligations as articulated in Accountability Agreement
Costs at 50th percentile level of performance
PCOP Revenue at 80th percentile level of performance
Implement Quality Framework throughout organization
