The Board of Directors is responsible for appointing the Chief Executive Officer, who in turn, selects the leadership team to manage Hospital operations. The Board also appoints the Chief of Staff who is responsible for the quality of professional practice for medical, dental and extended class nurses at the Hospital. The Chief of Staff works closely with the Chief Nursing Officer/Professional Practice Leader who is responsible for the quality of professional practice for all other disciplines.
